Cold today. Cloudy too. My favorite place to be is outside; the only condition being that it must be warm.

I'm really upset about this cold weather coming in. Today would have been a great day to sit outside and finish up the last half of Franzen's latest novel. Instead I have to accord with the mood of the book and read it in the dark, in the basement.
